The GSL Championship book, the Saga of Spencer Murray's Dream Truck and Off We Go are hardbound, and are shipped in a sturdy box with bubble-wrap padding. For the books, add $6.25 to the indicated
cost of the publications. For shipping outside the United States and Canada, add $13 per book for shipping.
The Custom Bibliography and the Model Building Guide are shipped in a padded envelope. For the Custom Bibliography, add $3.50 per item for shipping to the United States and Canada, $5.00
elsewhere. For the Model Building Guide -- the price for which will puchase a membership in the National Model Car Builders' Museum (www.TheModelCarMuseum.org) -- add just $1.00 for shipping.
For residents of Utah, be certain to include 6.35% sales tax to the price of all publications.
